This marvellous architecture is found in Munich, Germany where Lionel Penrose and his son Roger Penrose created this object. It’s a 2D depiction of staircase in which stairs make four 90o turns, as they move up or down to form a series of loop.

It means that a person will always climb them forever and never get any higher.
