Description:

Vernazza ist eines der 5 jahrhundertealten Dörfer der Cinque Terre an der schroffen ligurischen Küste Nordwest-Italiens. Der kleine Jachthafen des Dorfes ist von farbenfrohen Häusern umgeben. Die Kirche Santa Margherita di Antiochia hat einen Glockenturm samt Kuppel. Die mittelalterliche Doria-Felsenburg mit zylindrischem Turm diente einst der Verteidigung. Direkt darunter liegt die Bastion Belforte.
