OK. This image is a Hubism. The technique is named after Hubert Schaefer of Germany. He developed a shiny sphere material. Put that on the inside of a large sphere with other shapes and lights, move around within the sphere, and you get a lot of different images. Very unpredictable what one will look like in a given location. Objects all reflect off each other. I have a number of Hubisms in my gallery. I am aware of only two serious artists beside Hubert, one being myself. For some reason, it never caught on with anyone else that I know about.
