Fotografie eines alten Förderturms mit Halde. Um die Vergänglichkeit der Zeit und der Technik zu symbolisieren wurde das Foto im Stil des alten Fotoverfahrens Albumin bearbeitet. Albumin war ein kostengünstiges Verfahren und von 1855 bis ca. 1900 weit verbreitet. Die Negative wurden auf Glas erfasst, die Abzüge auf Papier erstellt. Um die Fotochemikalien zu binden, wurde aus Eiweiß gewonnenes Albumin benutzt.
