... lautete am 4.11. die Schlagzeile in der Berliner Zeitung in Anlehnung an die Lüge Walter Ulbrichts kurz vor dem Mauerbau im August 1961: "Niemand hat die Absicht eine Mauer zu errichten". Ironie der Geschichte, dass die lange verhasste Mauer jetzt geschützt werden muss.
