Sunset at Schauinsland, Freiburg, Germany. The athmospheric inversion is responsible to have the clouds between the town Freiburg and the top of the backyard mountain called Schauinsland. This allows a view over the clouds up to the Vosges (France).

Die seltene Inversionswetterlage sorgt im Herbst dafür, dass die sonnenverwöhnte Stadt Freiburg im Breisgau im Nebelgrau verschwindet. Oberhalb der Wolkendecke bietet sich aber ein wunderbarer Ausblick bis zu den im Elsass (Frankreich) gelegenen Vogesen.
