I use DotArt to express myself creatively and as a tool to connect with deeper levels of myself and others. It helps me to convert invisible energy into visible form. It also has a kind of therapeutic effect, it balances energy centers in us. I spend hours and hours creating those mandalas so when you just look at them they can shift your attention to the present moment and connect you with the same energy inside of you.
